Fiesta

Newbie friendly

I’ve tried the Daiesu Fiesta for the first time at BabyUltra gathering. Woot woot.. Love the colour stripes and the diagonal weave with yellow (or beige?) weft. The medium thickness is just nice for me and carrying my 8kg+ bub at the back doesn’t dig my shoulder. Quite supportive I’d say but not sure for long hours (time constrain). Easy to make a pass from front to back. A must have fluff for newbies as this wrap has various colours which makes it easier to tighten/loosen the respective rails

Great beginner wrap

Fiesta is a medium-thick wrap with fun coloured stripes. Love the stripes, although I do agree with the others on the green. Without green will make it look classier. I used the Fiesta to wrap my 9kg 16mo baby in DH. It provided awesome support. And the wrap was relatively easy to wrap with. The stripes also make it easier to identify rails for a newbie like me. Fiesta would make a great beginner wrap and for smaller babies.

Easy to wrap with!

Fiesta feels light and thinnish in hand. I love the subtle, comforting colours of this wrap. Though I think it’ d look prettier without the green. Nevertheless, fiesta would look great worn with any casual outfit for a fun day out in town. It’ s suprisingly comfy for short wear with my toddler despite it being medium thin. Easy to wrap with even with wriggly bub. It reminds me abit of colour carnival but feels slightly thicker with less stretch. It’ s soft to touch and would definitely be a fantastic beginner wrap and for smaller bubs.

Affordable and nice

This is definitely a newbie friendly wrap. This is medium thick and lightweight wrap. It doesn’t dig on my shoulder either (I have a narrow shoulder). I give fiesta double like. Newbies if you need an affordable and nice wrap please get fiesta. 🙂

Party on!

If Fiesta was really a “party” as its name suggests, it would be the fraternity end-of-year bash; all fun and play. Brand new and pre-wash, Daeisu’s Fiesta is already floppy and soft. Please do not be fooled by its medium thick appearance. This all cotton woven wrap is airy and oh-so-comfortable, whether you are indoors or outdoors.

A great newbie wrap, Fiesta has the inevitable magic of the rainbow stripes making it easy for me to be neat with my tightening of carries as I am able to see strand by strand, by colour, when being pulled. The colours, remind me of autumn leaves.

Do not be in a hurry to wrap your baby if you do not want to appear unkempt, as the design is unforgiving to those lacking in patience. Practice, practice, practice; as any newbie should be doing anyway; Fiesta is the best tool to do just that. The middle marker is just enough to be useful without being conspicuous. The tapered ends makes a rugged knot for carries.

My husband and I have carried our hefty baby in a ruck, a BWCC, a FWCC, and a semi FWCC in the Fiesta. This wrap has a lot of bounce and is sufficiently stretchy. Tighten correctly and you shouldn’t have to worry about it being unsupportive for heavier bubs.

Love the wrap..love the colours.. i love green, so i dont mind the green colour tu. Easy to wrap with.. mouldable and passes glide easily. Though it is thin, surprisingly feels supportive with my 11+kgs baby.. cushy jugakla kat bahu.. my first impression ,fiesta is similar to girasol, and after trying ,i prefer it more..

Great starter wrap

I’ve been wearing lotsa thick wraps lately so this feels thin to me. But then I compare it to Tussah Silk India and Fiesta is definitely not thin. In hands it feels similar thickness with THI.

It is definitely easy to wrap with. Soft with not so much stretch tho. Probably it could use some tweaking to improve on that? Cos I love stretch, hehe.. It wraps like 100% cotton Oscha imo. I fwcc my toddler and upon reaching the 1 hour mark I started to feel some strain on my shoulders, but I didn’t spread the passes that time. However, more than 1.5 hours in DH with cccb is still comfy, supportive, and cushy enough on my shoulders and back.

Cute middle marker and the wrap colors are pretty. Minor suggestion: Probably the green rail needs to be changed to blue/teal? So that it will have some sort of a girlish and boyish color on each rail. The green is too Kermit the frog, LOL!

Holds a lot of promises

This rocks. Medium thick with fantastic support. I don’t expect cush with that thickness but I’m surprised with the bounce. After wash I can feel the stretch better, passes are smoother. Wrapping a 7+kg 11mo in a 2hr trip is breezy (yep its quite airy despite the dense weave). I would wish to see the mouldability improves, I think that’s key in beginner wraps. And a more muted rainbow would be classier imho.
